From all your interactions, create incremental positive change that makes a HUGE difference, surprisingly quickly.

A one-to-one process with two intensives, regular coaching and practical materials for assessing your progress towards increasing your IROI. Together we'll ensure your enterprise becomes as good as is humanly possible, and that you become known as a leader who is approachable, responsive, clear, direct and respected.

  • One-day Quick-Start Intensive, in person or on Zoom, dip into each of the 9 approaches and create your plan.
  • 10 weekly coaching sessions of around one hour each, report, explore, resolve, celebrate.

  • The IROI Stars Model for recording your progress.
  • Private WhatsApp access for accountability and quick connection between sessions, replies on weekdays, usually within 24 hours.
